All Packs, Troops and Crews are due to complete their charter renewal by December 31. This process is done mostly online. However, once you submit online, there are still several items that need to be turned in to the Scout Office. The local District Commissioner staffs are working with units individually to help them complete the recharter process in a timely manner.

There will be a team of volunteers on hand at the Scout Office on Saturday, December 9 to review and accept your recharter packet. If you need assistance, someone will be able to help you. No appointment is needed, just come to the Scout Office between 9am and noon. 

Bring you paperwork, laptop (if online help is needed), and unit roster with you and you can complete this task enjoy the holidays.
