What is Merit Badge Adventure Camp?

Merit Badge Adventure Camp is a weekend program at Gorham Scout Ranch. Scouts arrive on Friday evening (or before 8:00am on Saturday), take a merit badge class or adventure activity on all day Saturday, and go home on Sunday morning (or Saturday night). Meals are provided in the Lodge prepared by the camp’s kitchen crew. Troops sleep in canvas tents at our campsites. These amenities are time savers for Troops looking to maximize on merit badge coursework or activity time. Scouts are welcome to attend with their Troop, or individually. Individual Scouts will camp in a site with another Troop, or as a provisional group with at least two adults in attendance.
